Our scope of work included: facilitating coordination between the CM, BHS, architect, engineers, subcontractors and vendors, on-site and off-site logistics, developing cost estimates, and reviewing design development drawings. The project included several casino bars, a centralized kitchen and food court, specialty dining areas, a banquet area, warehouse storage, and a laundry area. RCG managed the procurement and on-site installation of all the food service and laundry equipment. The facility features a luxurious 100,000 SF casino and an eighteen story hotel.
